The duplex is built in traditional Cycladic style and is part of a bigger property, adjacent to a house that can also be rented and to the owner’s home. The duplex has two terraces, one of which stretches into the garden. These provide ample space for outdoor eating and lounging. There are wonderful views, taking in neighbouring Paros as well as more far-away islands such as Sikinos and Ios.
The nearby village, and port, of Antiparos has shops and restaurants as well as a car-free meandering main street. Antiparos is a small island and the location of the house makes a car unnecessary. It is possible to rent cars, bikes or scooters to tour the island and discover other beaches
Two large, separate and private rooms, linked by an internal staircase. Each room has ensuite shower room and kitchenette. Downstairs room has a double bed , and upstairs room has 3 single beds. Both levels have a terrace, with the one on the lower floor stretching into the garden and shaded by an attractive eucalyptus tree. The flexible arrangement makes this house suitable for a single family or two couples.

There are three separate units, each with their private terraces. Two are for rent, the owner lives in the third unit.
A car can be parked just outside the property. The garden is walled, with gates and is safe for children to play in.
1st Psaralyki beach is right on your doorstep with its thin golden sand, fully grown trees and calm blue waters.
Perfect for families and for all types of watersports, there is also a spot for kayak and pedal boat rentals.
Chaise-longues can also be rented but other than that, the beach is still all natural and quiet, with no bars or restaurants. Within 5 minutes walk, one gets to 2ns Psaralyki beach.
On the both sides of Psaralyki beach the beach is rocky, offering nice spots to do snorkeling.
Two beach bars on 2nd Psaralyki, Fanari Beach and Time Marine serve Greek food and snacks during the day, for a delicious break from the sun.

Apart from the great views, the house is excellent for those who want explore the island, while being close to the main village and to a beach.
Antiparos village is small and pretty, with an array of restaurants, bars and shops. There are alsoseveral good restaurants on beaches along the coast. A cave with stalactitesand stalagmites offers daily visits.
